Shipping Destination

Shipping area only coverage within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.


Order Status and Confirmation

We will ship out your package within 1-3 business days after the confirmation of your payment. We pack your products securely, in order to keep them in good condition.

An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business day) of your order (allow longer if your order place on a Friday or weekend),please send an email to and we will try to respond to your request right away.


Shipping and Order Processing Days and Time

Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday to Friday. No orders are processed on delivers on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. TCE Tackles cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.


Shipping Charges

Our Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and delivery postcode.


Return & Refund Policy

All our products, once sold, are non-returnable and refundable. We are make sure for every item before we sent out to customer is in good condition. We do not send out any faulty products to customer. However, errors may still occur, as such return and exchange will only be allowed for items with manufacturer’s defects. All returns must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order an be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and in the resellable condition.

If goods are damaged during shipment, please save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will place a claim with the Courier Company. You may allow Courier Company representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. It may take time within 30 days.
